The Sales Assistant will be a full-time based position and plays a key role in the daily operations within the office/warehouse in Redmond, Washington. sALES ASSISTANT

Title: Sales Assistant

Hours: Full time based 32-37 hours per week (negotiable)

Hour wage: USD 17-23.00 per hour (negotiable) + sales bonus

Location: Redmond, Washington

Remote: This role must work on-site.

Commencement: October 1, 2025 (Application is opened until end of August, 2025. Interview is scheduled to be held around September, 2025)

Report to: President and Vice-President

Future growth: This role will have the opportunity to be promoted after 1.5 – 2 years.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Sales Assistant position will work on three main sectors:

(1) Communication: The Sales Assistant acts as the first point of contact for the email, phone and social media inquiries. She/ he will be responsible to read the inquiries, report to supervisor (when neccessary), and answer inquiries in an appropriate manner. This role represents the company, so the ideal applicant must share the same mission value of Good Sounds LLC and have strong passion to help customers. “Communication is all about building relationships, building relationships is all about marketing.”

Requirements:

  • Standing for the same core values with the company
  • Basic computer, internet and email skills
  • Experienced with the social media platform, especially facebook and youtube
  • Communication skills

(2) Sales: The Sales Assistant will support supervisor the sales-related day-to-day tasks including in-person sales, product quote, taking orders, scheduling orders, invoicing, packing and shipment preparations and problem solving. The sales tasks require the Sales Assistant to to be clear with range of product, product’s features and specifications, the rule of pricing and sales and return SOP (We will offer a training program for this section.). The ideal application must be both patient and proactive, and have strong attention to details.

Requirements:

  • Is willing to learn the CarolBrass products (trumpets, cornets, etc.) and SOP
  • Experienced with Miscrosoft Word and Excel
  • Organizational skills
  • Attention to details

(3) Marketing: The Sales Assistant will participated in the marketing tasks such as publishing the posts on our website (We will offer a training program for this section.) and social media, holding the marketing activities and assisting in digital marketing content creation. The ideal applicant must be passionate about content creation, and has expereience in marketing activities organzing and interpreting.

Requirements:

  • Experienced with website (wordpress) and social media, or is willing to learn
  • Being open to “show up” in the video content
  • Creative mind
We will offer tailored training program (sales, marketing, technique, and music lesson) to new employee in Good Sounds LLC. The attitude of being able to learn is important.

essential requirements:

  • Have the work permit in the United States (citizen or lawful permanent resident)
  • Have strong passion for brass musical instrument industry
  • Competent in English
  • Completed the complusory education

Other considerations (desirable, but not mandatory)

  • Competent in playing brass instrument (preferably trumpet or trombone)
  • Down-to-Earth, practical work attitudes
  • Strong work ethic
  • Hold the certificate, or degree, of relevant fields (sales, marketing, communication or music), or have at least 6 months experience in a similar role
  • Experienced with digital content creation skills such as basic photographing, graphic design and video post-production skills.
  • Hold lawful driver license in Washington state
  • Able to communicate in Traditional Chinese
